Before contacting support, validate the following steps:
Connection instability:
Due to its characteristics, it is normal that the VPN connection is not stable, i.e. it is not like being connected to an Internet page.
If you are having problems, validate the following:
You are connected to your Internet network.
Check that the VPN connection says Connected.
Restart the Internet service and the computer at the same time.
Errors when saving files:
There are some VPN services that tend to disconnect if they encounter any problem with the service; this causes us to not be able to save the files correctly; appearing errors such as: "the file already exists or we cannot replace it". This can be solved in the following way:
Save it as a second version in the same path
Delete the previous version so that you do not duplicate the information.
